| Abstract: | Combined to the experience of yijishan hospital culture construction, the article discussed how to construct characteristic hospital culture. There were 3 stages to build characteristic hospital culture. Firstly, analyzed hospital statues and insured missions. Secondly, humanity care should be strengthened. Thirdly, build atmosphere and practice hospital culture. |
