产前诊断对3125例围生儿出生缺陷干预的影响

目的探讨分析产前诊断对围生儿出生缺陷的干预效果。方法对我院孕妇进行产前诊断，分析影响出生缺陷的相关因素以及产前诊断对围生儿出生缺陷发生率的影响。结果在我院出生的3125例中，出生缺陷儿有50例，占比16．00％。经产前诊断，共终止妊娠17例；足月活产婴儿出生缺陷率为10．56‰，与前者相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。产妇居住地、产妇年龄以及胎数与出生缺陷的发生率的关系较密切（P〈0．05）。结论对预产孕妇进行产前诊断，有利于早期发现严重出生缺陷性疾病，为孕妇进行终止妊娠做出决定依据，提高社会人口素质，值得临床上进一步推广与研究。

Effect of prenatal diagnosis on birth defects intervention in 3 125 perinatal infants

Objective To explore the effect of prenatal diagnosis on birth defects intervention in perinatal infants.Methods According to the pregnant women for prenatal diagnosis in our hospital, the related factors influencing birth defects and prenatal diagnosis to the influence of the incidence of birth defects were analyzed. Results Of 3125 infants born in our hospital, 50 had birth defects, accounting for 16.00 %. After prenatal diagnosis, a total of 17 infants of termination of pregnancy and live birth infants at term of birth defects was 10.56 per thousand, as compared with the former, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Maternal residence, maternal age, and number of fetus associated with the incidence of birth defects （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Prenatal diagnosis for the pregnant woman is conducive to early detection of serious birth defects, it also can make a decision to terminate pregnancy in the pregnant women, and promote the improvement of the quality of social population. It is worth popularizing clinically and further studying.
