大柴胡汤加减治疗50例急性胆囊炎的临床疗效观察

目的观察大柴胡汤加减治疗急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法将确诊病例100例随机分为大柴胡汤治疗组50例，西药治疗组50例。大柴胡汤治疗组采用大柴胡汤加减治疗。西药治疗组只采用西医常规治疗。两组均以10d为1疗程。结果治疗组治愈率为80％，对照组治愈率为54％，两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组有效率为96％，对照组有效率为80％，两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗组腹痛消失时间和发热消失时间均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论大柴胡汤加减治疗急性胆囊炎效果满意，值得临床广泛推广。

The clinical efficacy decoction Dachaihu for acute cholecystitis in 50 patients

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of decoction Dachaihu in the treatment of acute cholecystitis. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, 50 for each group. The study group received decoction Dachaihu; while the control group received conventional Western medicines. 10 days was determined as a course of treatment in the two groups. Results The cure rate was 80% in the study group and 54% in the control group, with a significant statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The effectiveness rate was 96% in the study group and 80% in the control group, and it did not differ statistically between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Time to disappearance of fever or abdominal pain was significantly shorter in the study group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Concluaions Decoction Dachaihu is efficacious in the treatment of acute cholecystitis and is worth popularizing clinically.
