护理干预预防骨科患者术后尿潴留的效果评价

目的评价护理干预在预防骨科患者术后尿潴留中的临床效果。方法将116例骨科手术患者随机分为干预组和对照组，每组58例。对照组给予常规护理，干预组则在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预措施。结果干预组术后膀胱功能恢复情况及满意度均显著优于对照组（P〈O．01），而尿潴留的发生率则明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预能有效预防骨科手术后尿潴留的发生，提高护理质量和护理服务的满意度。

The efficacy appreciation of nursing intervention in the prevention of urinary retention of patients after orthopedics~ge~

Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention in the prevention of urinary retention in patients after orthopedic surgery. Methods 116 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery were divided randomly into a study group and a control group, 58 for each group. The control groups received conventional nursing, while the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention measures in addition to conventional nursing. Results The study group was superior to the control group in restoration of bladder function and satisfication （P〈0.01 for both comparisons）. Thehe incidence rate of urinary retention was lower in the study group than in the control group （P〈O.05）. Conclusions Nursing intervention can effectively prevent the incidence of urinary retention in patients after orthopedic surgery, and enhance the quality of nursing and the degree of patient satisfaction.
