早期护理干预对预防顺产后尿潴留的效果观察

目的研究早期护理干预对预防顺产后尿潴留的临床价值。方法选择在本院行顺产分娩的210名产妇作为研究对象，随机平均分为给予早期护理干预的观察组和常规护理的对照组，观察尿潴留情况、产时情况以及产后的生活质量。结果观察组患者发生尿潴留例数及持续时间、VAS评分均明显低于对照组（X^2值为5．15，t值分别为30．10、18．59，P值均〈0．05），分娩知识得分、产时应对行为得分、KPS评分、躯体功能、心理功能、认知功能和总体生活质量评分均明显高于对照组（t值分别为15．96、11．99、11．82、11．07、15．45、10．21、8．87，P值均〈0．05）。结论早期护理干预对于顺产后尿潴留的预防具有积极的临床价值。

Effect of early nursing intervention on the prevention of urinary retention after eutocia

Objective To explore the clinical value of early nursing intervention on the prevention of urinary retention after eutocia. Methods 210 puerperas with eutocia were collected and randomly divided into a study group receiving early nursing intervention and a control group received routine nursing care. Postpartum urinary retention, intrapartum situation, and quality of life were observed. Results The number of puerperas with urinary retention, duration of urinary retention, and VAS scores were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group （X 2= 22.76, t=30.10 and 18.59, P〈0.05 for all comparisons）. The scores of knowledge about childbirth, and delivery coping behavior, KPS scores and the overall quality of life scores were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group （t=15.96, 11.99, 11.82, 11.07, 15.45, 10.21, and 8.87, P〈0.05 for all comparisons）. Conclusions Early nursing intervention has a positive clinical value in the prevention of urinary retention after childbirth.
