胃肠道间质瘤诊疗进展

胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs)是消化道最常见的固有肌层来源的肿瘤,尽管其诊断和治疗手段多样,但存在诸多争议。近年随着对GISTs分子生物学、形态学和生物行为学认识的加深,大量新颖的放射学、内镜和外科器械的发明以及许多创新手术技术的不断涌现,GISTs诊断、治疗以及预后等各个方面的研究均取得了巨大进展。本文就GISTs目前的诊疗现状作一综述。

Current Status of Diagnosis and Management of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors （GISTs） are the most commonly seen musculafis propria neoplasms of gastrointestinal tract. Although there are now various diagnostic and therapeutic methods for GISTs, controversies focusing on GISTs still exist. As more and more knowledge of GISTs involving molecular biology, morphology and biologic behavior was obtained, many new radiologic, endoscopic and surgical instruments were invented and many new operative techniques were introduced in recent years, great achievements of GISTs research including diagnosis, treatment and prognosis were obtained. This article reviewed the current status of diagnosis and management of GISTs.
