吸痰枕在吸痰护理中的应用效果观察与护理

目的探讨自制吸痰枕在吸痰护理中的应用效果。方法选取44例需要吸痰的肺部感染患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组24名，观察组20名。对照组采用常规方法吸痰，观察组采用应用自制吸痰枕辅助深部吸痰，比较两组单日平均吸痰次数、单次平均吸痰时间、气道粘膜出血例数等，其中对照组包含1例气管切开，观察组无气管切开。结果对照组单日平均吸痰次数为12次，气道粘膜出血例数为12例，观察组单日平均吸痰次数为4次，气道粘膜出血例数为3例，（P〈0．05）差异具有统计学意义，观察组的单次平均吸痰时间明显小于对照组。结论应用自制吸痰枕辅助深部吸痰可以明显缩短吸痰时间，减少吸痰次数，减少气道粘膜出血，有效改善患者氧合。

Effect of pillows assisting for sputum suction in nursing care for suctioning sputum

Objective To investigate the effect of self-made pillows assisting for sputum suction in nursing care for sputum suction. Methods 44 patients with lung infection who needed sputum suction were randomly divided into a control group （24 patients） and a study group （20 patients）. The control group received conventional methods for sputum suction, while the study group received self-made pillow for assisting deep sputum suction. The mean daily suction frequency, duration of sputum suction, and the number of patients who developed airway mucosal injury were compared between the two groups. Results The mean daily suction frequency and the number of patients who developed airway mucosal injury differed significantly between the control group and the study group 02 vs. 4 and 12 patients vs. 3 patients, P〈0.05）. The duration of sputum suction was markedly shorter in the study group than in the control group. Conclusions Self-made pillows assisting for deep sputum suction can significantly shorten the duration of sputum suction, lower the frequency of suction, reduce airway mucosal injury, and effectively improve oxygenation in patients.
