比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效

目的对慢性心力衰竭应用比索洛尔治疗的效果进行分析，评价应用比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的价值。方法随机将88例慢性心力衰竭患者分为常规药物治疗组（对照组）及加用比索洛尔治疗组（观察组）各44例，对两组的治疗效果及药物副作用进行分析。结果对照组中，总有效率70．45％；观察组中，总有效率88．63％。两组比较，观察组明显优于对照组，且此种统计学意义（P〉0．05）。对照组中，出现心律过缓患者3例，观察组中出现心律过缓患者4例，两组患者在治疗期间均未出现其他不良反应。两组药物副作用无差异（P〉0．05）。结论加用比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效较常规治疗疗效更好，且不增加药物副作用发生率。

The efficacy of bisoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure

Objective To analyze the efficacy of bisoprolol for chronic heart failure, and to assess the value of bisoprolol therapy in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 88 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into routine therapy group （control group） and bisoprolol group （study group）, 44 for each group. The efficacy and side effects of the two different therapies were compared between the two group. Results The study group was superior to the control group in the total effectiveness rate （88.63% vs. 70.45%, P〉0.05）. Bradycardia developed in 3 patients in the control group and in 4 in the study group. No other adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Additional bisoprolol is more efficacious than routine therapy in the treatment of chronic heart failure, and it does not increase the incidence rate of side effects.
