摘    要:目的探讨IL-17对人表皮细胞DNA荧光密度的影响。方法将正常人皮肤移植于裸鼠,建立人皮肤一裸鼠嵌合模型60只;按配对设计要求随机分成实验组30只和对照组30只,实验组注射IL-170.1ml(10ng/m1)于裸鼠移植皮肤内,对照组注射0.9%氯化钠0.1ml于裸鼠移植皮肤内,均1次,d,连续使用28d,最后以激光扫描共聚焦显微镜测移植皮肤人表皮细胞DNA荧光密度值。结果IL-17可使人表皮细胞DNA荧光密度值显著增加[实验组(2414.1667±309.4520)μ㎡VS.对照组(1865.8667±244.8843)μ㎡,t=7.6102,P〈0.05]。结论IL-17可促进人表皮细胞增殖过程中DNA含量升高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of IL- 17 on the fluorescence density of DNA in human epidermal cells. Methods The normal human skin was transplanted to nude mice to establish a skin - nude mice chimeric model in 60 mice. According to requirements in matched-pairs design, the mice were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, 30 for each group. In the study group, IL-17 of 0.1 ml (10 ng/ml) was injected into the skin graft, while 0.9% sodium chloride of 0.1 ml was injected into the skin graft once daily for 28 days. The value of DNA fluorescence density of human epidermal ceils was detected with a laser scanning confocal microscope. Results IL-17 could markedly increase the fluorescence density of DNA in skin cells (t = 7.6102, P〈0.05). Conclusions IL-17 can promote an increase in DNA content during the proliferation of human epidermal cells.
