| 摘 要： | 目的：观察复感宁方的急性毒理，并对其药理作用进行概述。方法：20只小鼠灌胃给药，累计剂量450g生药／kg，连续观察7天。结果：7天后小鼠全部存活，未发现明显不良反应。结论：复感宁方临床应用安全。

| Abstract: | Objective:To demonstrate the acute toxicity of Fuganning recipe and the pharmacological effects.Methods:To infuse 20 mice's states of death and the acute toxicity performances.Results:Mice weren't dead and hadn't any acute toxicity performances obviously after gived Fuganning recipe in 7 days.Conclusion:Fuganning recipe haven't any acute toxicity performance markedly,and clinical application safety. |
