| 摘 要： | 目的探讨牛黄解毒片与蜂蜜混合外敷治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎的疗效。方法综合性重症监护病房2008年1月-2009年6月静脉留置针所致静脉炎80例,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组用50%硫酸镁注射液湿敷,实验组用牛黄解毒片捣碎与蜂蜜调匀外敷局部,治疗1周后观察两组的临床效果。结果实验组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为75.5%,两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论牛黄解毒片与蜂蜜调匀外敷能有效治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎,值得临床推广应用。
