安络化纤对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的治疗作用

目的:观察安络化纤治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法:将109例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的患者分为两组,安络化纤组56例,使用安络化纤治疗;对照组53例,只做一般保肝治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后血清肝纤维化指标均有明显下降,而安络化纤组下降更明显,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:安络化纤可以改善慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的病情。

Therapy of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B with Anluohuaxian

Objective To observe the curative effect of Anluohuaxian in the treatment of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B.Method Total 109 cases with liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B were divided into two groups,the Anluohuaxian group（n=56） was treated with Anluohuaxian,the control group（n=53） was treated with common protective therapy for liver,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The serum liver fibrosis indexes of the two groups after treatment both showed obvious drop,but more obvious in the Anluohuaxian group,and compared with the control group,the difference was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Anluohauxian can improve liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B.
