摘    要:①目的 探讨卵母细胞浆内单精子显微注射(ICSI)技术治疗因严重少、弱精及阻塞性无精子症引起的男性不育的效果。②方法 对28对不育夫妻中的女方经控制性超促排卯技术获得卵子.男方少、弱精子症者采用梯度密度离心法分离精子,阻塞性无精子症者采用附睾或者睾丸穿刺获得精子,选择成熟卵子行ICSI。胚胎发育至4~8个细胞时移植。③结果 32个治疗周期中,获卵361个.其中成熟卯306个,ICSI后256个受精.受精率为83.7%。卵裂233个,卵裂率91%。临床妊娠11例,临床妊娠率34.4%。④结论 ICSI是治疗男性重症少、弱精子症引起的不育症的有效方法,

Abstract:Objective To apply the technique of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) to male infertility resulting from severe oligozoospermia, asthenozoospermia and obstructive azoospemia. Methods After genetic counseling and chromsome ana- lysis, 28 couples were accepted. Occytes were collected from wives with controlled ovarian stimulation. Sperm from husbands with oligozoospermia or asthenozoospermia by density-gradient centrifugation, or from whom with obstructive azoospermia by epididymal sperm aspiration or testicular sperm aspiration . Mature oocytes were fertilized by ICSI. Results 361 oocytes were collected in 32 cycles. Among which 306 were mature. 256 were fertilized after ICSI. The fertilization rate was 83.7%. 233 oocytes developed to the stage of cleavage. The cleavage rate was 91%. Clinical pregnancy was achieved in 11 cycles. The pregnancy rate was 34.4%. Conclusion The technique of ICSI is an efficient method for the male infertility therapy.
