| 摘 要： | 肾上腺髓质素(ADM)是从嗜铬细胞瘤中提取的血管活性肽,在体内分布广泛,发挥多种生物学功能,在高血压、冠心病、肺心病、感染及胚胎生长发育过程中均起着重要的作用,现就ADM对心血管疾病作用的研究进展予以综述,为预防、治疗心血管疾病及新型药物的研发提供思路。

| Abstract: | Adrenomedullin(ADM)is a kind of vasoactive peptide separated and extracted from the adrenal pheochromocytoma tissues,widely distributed in vivo playing various kinds of biological roles in hypertension,coronary heart disease,pulmonary heart disease,infections,and embryonic development.Here is to make a review on the research progress of ADM function on cardiovascular diseases,to provide ideas for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease and development of the new drugs. |
