Abstract:Objective:To research the changes of brain function network after acute basal ganglia infarction by using the degree centrality(DC)of rs-fMRI.Methods:Rs-fMRI scans were performed on 32 cases with acute basal ganglia infarction and 32 normal volunteers.The original data were collected,then the DC values were calculated and statistically analyzed by two-sample t test.The changes in brain function of the two groups were compared.Results:The DC values of left posterior cerebellar lobe,left anterior central gyrus,left posterior central gyrus,left superior frontal gyrus and left middle frontal gyrus were lower than those of normal control group(P<0.05),and the DC values of right marginal lobe were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:DC is an analytical method to describe the brain network.To some extent,it reflects the role of nodes in the information transmission of the brain network,which can provide a new perspective for the study of the changes in brain function caused by acute basal ganglia infarction.
