Clinical effect of Ganlong antithrombotic capsule combined with antiplatelet aggregation drugs in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction after intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ganlong antithrombotic capsule combined with antiplatelet aggregation drugs in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction after intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction after intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into antiplatelet aggregation drug group(n=30,antiplatelet aggregation drug treatment),Ganlong antithrombotic capsule group(n=30,Ganlong antithrombotic capsule treatment),combined group(n=30,Ganlong antithrombotic capsule combined with antiplatelet aggregation drug treatment).The therapeutic effects,neurological deficits before and after treatment,vascular recanalization rate and complications of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the combined group were significantly higher than that of the antiplatelet aggregation drug group and the Ganlong antithrombotic capsule group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of NIHSS of the three groups significantly decreased,and that in the combined group were lower than the antiplatelet aggregation drug group and the Ganlong antithrombotic capsule group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The vascular recanalization rate of the combined group were significantly higher than that of the antiplatelet aggregation drug group and the Ganlong antithrombotic capsule group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ganlong antithrombotic capsule combined with antiplatelet aggregation drug have significant clinical effects in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction after cerebral hemorrhage,it can promote the obvious improvement of patients'neurological deficits,and has high vascular recanalization rate and fewer complications,which is worthy of clinical comprehensive promotion.
