| 摘 要： | 肝硬化是各种慢性肝病的终末阶段,其导致的消化道出血、肝性脑病(HE)、肝细胞癌(HCC)等事件的发生率高,死亡风险大。幽门螺杆菌(Hp)通过多种机制参与肝硬化疾病进展,增加了并发症发生率,及早检测和根除Hp可使肝硬化患者获益。本文侧重综述Hp感染对肝硬化疾病进展的影响及相关机制,为临床实践和科研工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | Cirrhosis is the terminal stage of various chronic liver diseases,which leads to high incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding,hepatic encephalopathy(HE),hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and other events,and high risk of death.Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is involved in the progression of cirrhosis through a variety of mechanisms,increasing the incidence of complications,and early detection and eradication of Hp can benefit patients with cirrhosis.This review focuses on the impact of Hp infection on the progression of cirrhosis and related mechanisms,so as to provide reference for clinical practice and scientific research. |
