美托洛尔联合氨氯地平治疗高血压伴心绞痛的临床效果及对血管内皮功能的影响

目的探讨美托洛尔联合氨氯地平治疗高血压伴心绞痛的临床效果及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取本院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的166例高血压伴心绞痛患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各83例。对照组采用氨氯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前、后的血管内皮功能指标及血压变异性。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的FMD高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组24 h SBPV、24 h DBPV均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合氨氯地平治疗高血压伴心绞痛效果较好,能够有效改善患者的血管内皮功能及血压变异性。

Clinical effect of metoprolol combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with angina pectoris and its influence on vascular endothelial function

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with angina pectoris and its influence on vascular endothelial function.Methods A total of 166 patients with hypertension and angina pectoris admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 83 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine,and the observation group was treated with metoprolol on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,indexes of vascular endothelial function and blood pressure variability before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMD of the observation group was higher than that before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,24 h SBPV and 24 h DBPV of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with amlodipine is effective in the treatment of hypertension complicated with angina pectoris,which can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function and blood pressure variability.
