Research on the Value of Objective Management in Medical Insurance Management

Objective To analyze the significance of implementing objective management in medical insurance management.Methods Objective management was applied in medical insurance management in our hospital on March 20,2018.74 patients from October 20,2017 to March 20,2018 were regarded as the control group,and 74 patients from March 21,2018 to August 21,2019 were regarded as the study group.The medical insurance reimbursement,hospitalization expenses,satisfaction and medical insurance management quality of the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of medical insurance reimbursement in the research group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The hospitalization expenses of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The medical insurance management quality scores of supervision,work standards,policy publicity of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of target management in medical insurance management can have significant value,which can reduce hospitalization costs,and at the same time promote patient satisfaction.The practical significance is more significant.It can effectively protect the interests of patients and improve the quality of hospital medical insurance management.It is worthwhile in hospital medical insurance management Promote.
