路径护理干预对重症烧伤患者急救期营养状态的影响

目的分析路径护理干预对重症烧伤患者急救期营养状态的影响。方法选取我院2018年4月至2020年4月收治的88例重症烧伤患者作为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同将其分为对照组(n=44)与试验组(n=44)。对照组接受常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上接受路径护理。比较两组干预前、后营养状态、疼痛程度、生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预后,试验组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白水平及总氮平衡明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组VAS评分明显低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为95.45%,明显高于对照组的81.82%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论路径护理应用于重症烧伤患者急救期中的效果显著,可有效改善患者的营养状态,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of path nursing intervention on nutritional status of severe burn patients in emergency period

Objective To analyze the effect of path nursing intervention on nutritional status of severe burn patients in emergency period.Methods A total of 88 severe burn patients admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(n=44)and experimental group(n=44)according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received path nursing on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status,pain degree,quality of life before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of hemoglobin,serum albumin and total nitrogen balance in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of VAS in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the score of SF-36 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than 81.82%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The path nursing applied in severe burn patients in emergenoy period has a significant effect,it can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
