Clinical diagnosis analysis of breast cancer detected by mammography combined with mammography

Objective To analyze the combination of mammography and ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis in November 2016 to November 2018 on the surgical treatment of 135 cases of patients with breast cancer,the random is divided into three groups,namely the controlⅡⅠ,control group and observation group,45 cases;Control group Ⅰ line ultrasonic inspection,the control groupⅡline of molybdenum target X-ray,observation group with molybdenum target X-ray combined ultrasound,comparison and analysis of three groups of patients with positive detection rate and molybdenum target X-ray and ultrasonic methods to examine two different performance of the similarities and differences.Results The control group IⅡ(68.9%)and control group(71.1%),the observation group(97.8%),control group I and control group differencesⅡno statistical significance(P>0.05),betweenⅡⅠ,control group and observation group and control group differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray can effectively improve the accuracy of detection.
