Clinical Application of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Path in Stroke Patients With Hemiplegia

Objective To explore the effect evaluation of early rehabilitation nursing path on motor function,daily life activity ability and neurological function defect of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from June to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each.Both groups received general nursing treatment.In the control group,the convalescence period after stable vital signs and no further progression of the disease was guided by the rehabilitation therapist in accordance with the doctor's advice.The observation group had stable vital signs 24 hours after the onset of mild and moderate patients and severe patients,and rehabilitation intervention was conducted according to the early rehabilitation nursing path.The patients were evaluated by the simplified Fugl-Meyer Scale,the improved Barthel Index scale and the Stroke Scale(NIHSS)on the first and 13th day of rehabilitation intervention,respectively.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of limb motor function,daily activity ability and neurological function defect between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the indexes of limb motor function and daily life activity ability were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention,and the score of neurological function defect was significantly decreased compared with that before the intervention,and the improvement of indexes in the three groups was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing path is helpful to speed up the recovery of limb motor function and nerve function defect,improve the daily activity ability of patients and improve the quality of life.
