右佐匹克隆与佐匹克隆治疗焦虑症患者睡眠障碍的临床效果比较

目的比较右佐匹克隆与佐匹克隆治疗焦虑症患者睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法将我院收治的368例焦虑症伴睡眠障碍患者按照用药方式分为观察组(右佐匹克隆)和对照组(佐匹克隆),各184例。比较两组的PSQI评分、睡眠监测结果及HAMA评分。结果治疗后,两组PSQI各项评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的睡眠效率高于对照组,入睡潜伏期短于对照组,觉醒次数少于对照组,睡眠总时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2、4周后,两组的HAMA评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右佐匹克隆与佐匹克隆均能改善焦虑症患者的睡眠障碍,但右佐匹克隆更具优势,能有效缩短患者的入睡潜伏期,延长睡眠时间,改善睡眠质量。

Comparison of the clinical effects of dexzopiclone and zopiclone in the treatment of sleep disorder in patients with anxiety disorder

Objective To compare the clinical effects of dexzopiclone and zopiclone in the treatment of sleep disorders in patients with anxiety disorder.Methods A total of 368 patients with anxiety disorder and sleep disorder admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group(dexzopiclone)and control group(zopiclone)according to the medication method,with 184 cases in each group.PSQI score,sleep monitoring results and HAMA score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the sleep latency was shorter than that of the control group,the number of awakenings was less than that of the control group,and the total sleep time was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both dexzopiclone and zopiclone can improve the sleep disorder of patients with anxiety disorder,but dexzopiclone has more advantages,which can effectively shorten the sleep latency,prolong sleep time and improve sleep quality.
