PDCA循环结合SP教学模式在肝胆外科临床见习教学中的应用效果

摘    要:目的探讨PDCA循环结合标准化病人(SP)教学模式在肝胆外科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法选择我院2018至2019学年同时开设的两个临床本科教学班(1班和2班)的共计100名见习生为研究对象,其中1班为干预组(采用PDCA循环结合SP教学模式),2班为常规组(采用传统教学模式),每组50名。比较两组教学模式在临床见习教学中的效果。结果干预组的理论成绩及技能成绩均高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的临床诊疗思维能力优秀人数占比高于常规组,不达标人数占比低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组理论知识掌握程度、医患沟通能力、学习兴趣、分析、解决问题的能力、见习等待时间、团队协作能力评分均明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环结合SP教学模式用于肝胆外科临床见习教学中,能有效提高医学生的理论、技能考试成绩和临床实践诊疗思维能力,具有良好的推广及应用价值。

Application effect of PDCA cycle combined with SP teaching mode in clinical internship teaching of hepatobiliary surgery department

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle combined with standardized patients(SP)teaching mode in clinical internship teaching of hepatobiliary surgery department.Methods A total of 100 interns from two clinical undergraduate teaching classes(class 1 and class 2)established at the same time in our hospital from 2018 to 2019 academic year were selected as the research objects.The class 1 was seted as intervention group(using PDCA cycle combined with SP teaching mode),and the class 2 was seted as conventional group(using traditional teaching mode),with 50 students in each group.The effects of teaching mode of the two groups in clinical internship teaching were compared.Results The scores of theoretical and skill of the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of interns with excellent clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking ability of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group,the proportion of substandard interns was lower than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge mastery degree,doctor-patient communication ability,learning interest,problem-analysis and problem-solving ability,waiting time of internship and teamwork ability of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle combined with SP teaching mode applied in clinical internship teaching of hepatobiliary surgery department can effectively improve medical students'theory and skill test scores,clinical practice diagnosis and treatment thinking ability,which has good promotion and application value.
