川芎清脑颗粒配合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗偏头痛的效果及对脑动脉血流的影响

目的分析川芎清脑颗粒配合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗偏头痛的效果及对脑动脉血流的影响。方法选择2018年7月至2020年7月收治的100例偏头痛患者为研究对象,采用电脑随机化法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,试验组在此基础上给予川芎清脑颗粒治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的PCA、ACA、BA、MCA、VA血流速度均下降,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的β-EP、5-HT、NO水平均提高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论川芎清脑颗粒配合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗偏头痛效果显著,对于改善脑动脉血流情况具有积极作用,且安全性高。

Effect of Chuanxiong Qingnao granules combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the treatment of migraine and its influence on cerebral arterial blood flow

Objective To analyze the effect of Chuanxiong Qingnao granules combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the treatment of migraine and its influence on cerebral arterial blood flow.Methods A total of 100 patients with migraine admitted from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and experimental group by computer randomization,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Chuanxiong Qingnao granules on this basis.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.00%,which was higher than 78.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocity of PCA,ACA,BA,MCA and VA in both groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels ofβ-EP,5-HT and NO in both groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chuanxiong Qingnao granules combined with flupentixol and meritracen tablets has a significant effect on the treatment of migraine,and a positive effect on improving cerebral artery blood flow,with high safety.
