摘    要:目的 调查陕西省公立医院护士职业倦怠现状并分析其影响因素.方法 2018年11月至2019年2月,采用分层整群抽样方法抽取陕西省22所公立医院2217名护士,采用职业倦怠量表调查护士职业倦怠情况.结果 在情绪衰竭维度得分方面,不同医院等级、年龄、性别、工作年限、最高学历、科室护士的得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0....

Abstract:Objective To investigate the job burnout of nurses in public hospitals in Shaanxi province and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 2217 nurses from 22 public hospitals in Shaanxi province from November 2018 to February 2019 were selected by stratified cluster sampling.The job burnout of nurses was investigated by job burnout scale.Results In emotional exhaustion dimension scores,there were significant differences among nurses with different hospital grades,ages,gender,working years,highest education background and departments(P<0.05);and nurses with more than 20 years of working experience,deputy chief nurse title and above,emergency department and ICU were more prone to emotional exhaustion.In depersonalization dimension scores,there were significant differences among nurses with different hospital grades,ages,marital status,working years,highest education background,professional titles,positions and departments(P<0.05).In personal achievement dimension scores,there were significant differences among nurses with different ages,marital status,working years,professional titles and positions(P<0.05),and the nurses with high professional titles and positions were more likely to obtain personal achievement in their work.Conclusion Job burnout is a common phenomenon among nurses in public hospitals in Shaanxi province.It not only harms the physical and mental health of nurses,but also affects the work efficiency and service quality.Hospitals should focus on the main influencing factors to take positive measures to reduce the occupational pressure of nurses and make them better serve patients.
