不同浓度氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗面部中重度痤疮患者的有效性及安全性比较

目的探讨不同浓度氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗面部中重度痤疮患者的有效性及安全性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院皮肤科收治的150例面部中重度痤疮患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为A组、B组、C组,各50例。A组、B组、C组分别采用5%、10%、15%氨基酮戊酸外敷,再采用光动力治疗仪进行光动力治疗。比较三组的临床疗效、痤疮瘢痕评分、生活质量评分及不良反应发生。结果B组、C组治疗总有效率高于A组(P<0.05);B组和C组治疗总有效率无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,三组痤疮瘢痕评分、生活质量评分均较治疗前降低,且B组、C组低于A组(P<0.05);B组与C组治疗后痤疮瘢痕评分、生活质量评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。A组、B组不良反应总发生率低于C组(P<0.05);A组与B组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论面部中重度痤疮患者采用氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗时,10%氨基酮戊酸效果显著且不良反应少。

Comparison of efficacy and safety of photodynamic therapy with different concentrations of aminolevulinic acid in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe facial acne

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of photodynamic therapy with different concentrations of aminolevulinic acid in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe facial acne.Methods A total of 150 patients with moderate to severe facial acne admitted in dermatology department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into group A,group B and group C according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The group A,group B and group C were treated with 5%,10%and 15%aminolevulinic acid respectively,and then treated with photodynamic therapy with photodynamic therapy instrument.The clinical efficacy,acne scar score,quality of life score and the incidence of adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the group B and the group C was higher than that of the group A(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the group B and the group C(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of acne scar and quality of life in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the group B and the group C were lower than the group A(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in the scores of acne scar and quality of life between the group B and the group C after treatment(P>0.05).The total incidences of adverse reactions in the group A and the group B was lower than that in the group C(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the group A and the group B(P>0.05).Conclusion When patients with moderate to severe facial acne are treated with photodynamic therapy with aminolevulinic acid,minolevulinic acid of 10%has a significant effect and less adverse reactions.
