Clinical Observation on Integrative Medicine in Golbus Hysteriocus With Liver Qi Stagnation

Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in globus hysteriocus with liver qi stagnation.Methods From April 2018 to October 2019,90 patients with liver qi stagnation of globus hysteriocus were selected and divided into Western medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group,45 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets,oryzanol and vitamin B1 orally,and the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was treated with Banxia Houpu decoction on the basis of the Western medicine group.There were 15 days for 1 course,including two courses in all.The patients were instructed to follow up at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after taking the medicine to observe the changes of pharyngeal symptoms and the effect.Results At 1,3 and 6 months after taking the medicine,the total effective rates of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were 77.78%,88.89%and 93.33%respectively,which were higher than 55.56%,68.89%and 64.44%of the Western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of flupentixol and melitracen tablets,oryzanol and vitamin B1 combined with Banxia Houpu decoction is highly effective for the patients with pharynx abnormal sensation of globus hysteriocus with liver qi stagnation,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
