Effects of ultrasound-guided serratus anterior plane block anesthesia on pain degree and cellular immune function in patients undergoing open hepatectomy

Objective To explore the application effect of ultrasound-guided serratus anterior plane block anesthesia(SAPB)in open hepatectomy.Methods A total of 114 patients with primary liver cancer who underwent elective open hepatectomy were divided into control group and observation group by the random drawing method,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was given general anesthesia,and the observation group was given ultrasound-guided SAPB combined with general anesthesia.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 2 and 8 h after operation,PHPS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The dosage of sufentanil and remifentanil and the pressing times of analgesia pump in 24 and 48 h after operation in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 2 and 8 h after operation,the CD3⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺and NK in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided SAPB can reduce the postoperative pain of patients with open hepatectomy,reduce the dosage of opioids,and protect the cellular immune function of patients,with high safety.
