氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压合并冠心病患者血压及血脂水平的影响

目的探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压合并冠心病对患者血压及血脂水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年3月我院收治的82例高血压合并冠心病患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予氨氯地平治疗,观察组给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的血压、血脂指标、血液流变学指标、血管内皮功能指标及C反应蛋白水平。结果治疗前,两组SBP、DBP、TC、TG、LDL-C、ESR、HCT、PV、血管内皮素、一氧化氮、C反应蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组SBP、DBP、TC、TG、LDL-C、ESR、HCT、PV均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血管内皮素、C反应蛋白水平均较治疗前降低,一氧化氮较治疗前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片可提高对高血压合并冠心病患者血压和血脂的控制效果,改善血液流变学,减轻血管内皮功能损伤和炎症反应。

Effects of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets on blood pressure and blood lipid levels in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the effects of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets on blood pressure and blood lipid levels in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 82 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets.The blood pressure,blood lipid indexes,hemorheology indexes,vascular endothelial function indexes and C-reactive protein levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SBP,DBP,TC,TG,LDL-C,ESR,HCT,PV,endothelin,NO and CRP levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,SBP,DBP,TC,TG,LDL-C,ESR,HCT and PV in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of endothelin and C-reactive protein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the level of NO was higher than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease can improve the control effects of blood pressure and blood lipid,ameliorate hemorheology,and reduce vascular endothelial function damage and inflammatory reaction.
