| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨3D-CT对原发性颅缝早闭的诊断价值,并提高对这组疾病的认识.方法:回顾性分析我院2014—2019年71例原发性颅缝早闭的3D-CT表现.结果:单颅缝早闭38例,其中矢状缝早闭16例,额缝早闭12例,单侧冠状缝早闭5例,单侧人字缝早闭5例;多颅缝早闭33例,其中双侧冠状缝早闭10例为最常见组合,综合征性颅缝...

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of 3 D-CT for craniosynostosis and improve the understanding of this diseases.Methods:A total of 71 cases of primary craniosynostosis diagnosed by 3 D-CT were retrospectively analyzed from 2014 to 2019.Results:There were 38 cases of simple craniosynostosis which included 16 cases of sagittal synostosis,12 cases of metopic synostosis,5 cases of unilateral coronal synostosis and 5 cases of unilateral lambdoid synostosis.There were33 cases of compound craniosynostosis,of which 10 cases of bilateral coronal synostosis were the most common compound craniosynostosis and 1 case of syndromic craniosynostosis was Crouzon syndrome.Conclusion:3 D-CT can demonstrated craniosynostosis and skull deformity perfectly,and can also show the intracranial conditions.It can be used to guide the surgery and postoperative follow-up.So 3 D-CT has high value in the diagnosis and treatment of primary craniosynostosis. |
