Application effect of combined detection of two release tests in the diagnosis of neonatal ABO hemolytic disease

Objective To explore the application effect of combined detection of two release tests in the diagnosis of neonatal ABO hemolytic disease.Methods A total of 128 cases of suspected neonatal ABO hemolytic disease admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected.After collecting blood samples,3 tests for neonatal ABO hemolytic disease were performed,including red blood cell antibody release test,direct anti-human spheroidization protein test and free antibody test.The red blood cell antibody release test was carried out using two detection methods of acid release test and heat release test,and the results of single release test and combined detection of two release tests were compared.Results A total of 103 cases were confirmed by ABO hemolytic disease antibody test among 128 cases,and the positive detection rate was 80.47%.The positive rate of acid release test was 78.12%(100/128),which was higher than 59.38%(76/128)of heat release test(P<0.05).The positive rate of heat release test combined with acid release test was 79.69%(102/128),which was higher than 59.38%(76/128)of single heat release test(P<0.05).The agglutination intensity of heat release test was concentrated from+to++,accounting for 71.05%(54/76);the agglutination intensity of acid release test was concentrated from++to+++,accounting for 69.00%(69/100).Conclusion In the diagnosis of neonatal ABO hemolytic disease,the combined detection of two release tests can effectively improve the positive detection rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
