Abstract:Objective:To compare the effect of compound polysaccharide and single polysaccharide on the immunoregulation of immunocompromised mice.Methods:the cellular immune function and humoral immune function of mice were tested.Results:the body weight of mice in compound polysaccharide group was higher than that of other single polysaccharide groups of the same sex;the thymus coefficient of mice in each polysaccharide group increased to different degrees,and the effect of compound polysaccharide group was the best;the effect of compound polysaccharide group was better than that of single polysaccharide group in serum IgG,IgA,IgM,SIgA;the effect of compound polysaccharide was better than that of single polysaccharide in blood CD4/CD8,spleen CD4/CD8,and blood CD4-CD8+The results showed that the effect of decreasing was good,the effect of increasing T-lymphocyte proliferation rate of compound polysaccharide group was better than that of single polysaccharide group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the compound polysaccharide has a better effect on improving the cellular immunity,humoral immunity and T lymphocyte function of mice,and can significantly improve the immune function of immunosuppressed mice.
