Clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 200 patients with tachyarrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group(100 cases,clopidogrel+aspirin)and control group(100 cases,aspirin)using random grouping method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,PT and APTT in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and FIB level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,QRS duration of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,PR interval and QTc were longer than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of cardiovascular events was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the coagulation function of patients,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
