多奈哌齐联合脑心通胶囊治疗脑梗死患者的临床效果及对侧支循环血流速度的影响

目的探讨多奈哌齐联合脑心通胶囊治疗脑梗死患者的临床效果及对侧支循环血流速度的影响。方法将我院神经内科2017年6月至2019年12月收治的80例脑梗死患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予多奈哌齐治疗,观察组给予多奈哌齐联合脑心通胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的ESR、HCT、PV均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MCA血流速度高于对照组,ACA、PCA血流速度低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组,MoCA、ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多奈哌齐联合脑心通胶囊可有效改善脑梗死患者的血液流变学和侧支血液循环速度,有利于减轻神经功能损伤,提升患者认知功能和日常生活能力。

Clinical effect of donepezil combined with Naoxintong capsule in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction and its influence on collateral circulation blood flow velocity

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of donepezil combined with Naoxintong capsule in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction and its influence on collateral circulation blood flow velocity.Methods From June 2017 to December 2019,80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted in the neurology department of our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with donepezil,and the observation group was treated with donepezil combined with Naoxintong capsule.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the ESR,HCT and PV of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MCA blood flow velocity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the blood flow velocity of ACA and PCA were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MoCA and ADL scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Donepezil combined with Naoxintong capsules can effectively improve the hemorheology and collateral circulation blood flow velocity of patients with cerebral infarction,help reduce neurological damage,and improve patients'cognitive function and ability of daily living.
