| 摘 要： | 直肠癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,直肠癌低位前切除术后大多数患者会出现低位前切除综合征,由于发病机制还不完全清楚,且与多种危险因素相关,目前治疗主要是对症治疗,各种治疗方法效果不一.本文将综述低位前切除综合征的西医治疗进展.

| Abstract: | Rectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China,most of the patients after rectal cancer anterior resection will appear low anterior resection syndrome,due to the pathogenesis is not completely clear,and related to a variety of risk factors,the current treatment is mainly symptomatic treatment,a variety of therapeutic methods have different effects.This paper will review the treatment progress of LARS in Western medicine. |
