基于翻转课堂的多元化带教模式在新生儿科护理临床带教中的应用效果

摘    要:目的探讨基于翻转课堂的多元化带教模式在新生儿科护理临床带教的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年6月在我科实习的104名护生为研究对象,按实习批次将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组52名。观察组采用以翻转课堂为主体形式,其中嵌入思维导图、情景模拟教学、微格教学等多元化带教模式;对照组采用传统带教模式。比较两组的带教效果。结果观察组的理论和操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。培训后,观察组的自我导向学习能力量表总分、学习动机、计划与实施、自我监控评分均高于培训前(P<0.05)。观察组对本科室教学评价及在科室期间的实习体验情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于翻转课堂的多元化带教模式有利于激发护生的学习动机,提高护生自主学习的能力,减少实习期间实习护生的不愉快体验,增强职业认同感及自信心,提高教学质量。

Application effect of diversified teaching mode based on flipped classroom in clinical nursing teaching of neonatology department

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of diversified teaching mode based on flipped classroom in clinical nursing teaching of neonatology department.Methods A total of 104 nursing students who practiced in our department from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the practice batch,with 52 students in each group.The observation group adopted flipped classroom as the main form,in which embedded mind mapping,situational simulation teaching,micro-teaching and other diversified teaching modes;the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical and operational of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the training,the total score of the self-directed learning ability scale,learning motivation,planning and implementation and self-monitoring scores of the observation group were higher than those before the training(P<0.05).The teaching evaluation and practice experience during the department of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified teaching mode based on flipped classroom can stimulate the learning motivation,improve autonomous learning ability,reduce the unpleasant experience,enhance professional identity and self-confidence of nursing students during practice,and improve the quality of teaching.
