布地奈德雾化吸入与甲泼尼龙静滴治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床效果比较

目的布地奈德雾化吸入与甲泼尼龙静滴治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床效果比较。方法将我院收治的124例支气管哮喘患者按照用药方式分为观察组(62例,布地奈德雾化吸入)和对照组(62例,甲泼尼龙静滴)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的肺功能指标均增高(P<0.05)。观察组的呼吸困难、咳嗽、喘息、肺哮鸣音、胸闷持续时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的GCQ、AQLQ评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入和甲泼尼龙静滴治疗支气管哮喘急性发作均能有效改善患者的肺功能指标,但前者作用时间更快,症状缓解时间更短,且不良反应较少。

Comparison of the clinical effects of budesonide atomization inhalation and methylprednisolone intravenous drip in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma

Objective To compare the clinical effects of budesonide atomization inhalation and methylprednisolone intravenous drip in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 124 patients with bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group(62 cases,budesonide atomization inhalation)and control group(62 cases,methylprednisolone intravenous drip)according to the medication method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the lung function indexes of the two groups increased(P<0.05).The duration of dyspnea,cough,wheezing,lung wheezing and chest tightness in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of GCQ and AQLQ of the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide atomization inhalation and methylprednisolone intravenous drip in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma can effectively improve the lung function index of patients,but the former has faster action time,shorter symptom relief time and less adverse reactions.
