| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the influence of SHEL accident analysis method on the incidence of nursing defects in pre-hospital emergency care management.Methods:30 cases of nursing defects occurred during pre-hospital first aid in our hospital were analyzed from February 2019 to August 2019.The nursing defects were analyzed through SHEL accident analysis method,and the causes of nursing defects were analyzed.The results showed that the nursing defects occurred from September 2019 to February 2020.Results:There were 15 cases of nursing defects from September 2019 to February 2020,the incidence of nursing defects was significantly lower than that from February 2019 to August 2019,and nursing satisfaction was improved,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of SHEL accident analysis method in pre-hospital emergency care management can reduce the incidence of nursing defects and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion. |
