Evaluation of the Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Outpatients with Intravenous Transfusion

Objective:To evaluate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on outpatients with intravenous infusion.Methods:326 cases of children undergoing intravenous transfusion in outpatient department were included in the study.The children were divided into two groups.The control group was only given routine steps of intravenous puncture,while the experimental group was treated according to different psychological nursing interventions given to different children on the basis of the control group.Results:the probability of cooperation with medical workers in the treatment of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the probability of success of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:when the children need intravenous infusion in the outpatient department,it is beneficial to get the cooperation of children and their families by giving them proper psychological nursing to carry out additional intervention treatment,so as to reduce the repeated times of injection,which is beneficial to the children and the medical staff.
