小柴胡汤加减联合艾司西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症的效果及对患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨小柴胡汤加减联合艾司西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年2月来我院就诊的200例老年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(100例,小柴胡汤加减+艾司西酞普兰)和对照组(100例,艾司西酞普兰)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的HAMD及PSQI评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的5-HT及NE水平、SF-12v2各项评分均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小柴胡汤加减联合艾司西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症可改善患者的抑郁情况及睡眠质量,提高其神经功能及生活质量,且药物不良反应少,值得临床推广和应用。

Effect of modified Xiaochaihu decoction combined with escitalopram on senile depression patients and its influence on the quality of life on patients

Objective To explore the effect of modified Xiaochaihu decoction combined with escitalopram on senile depression patients and its influence on the quality of life on patients.Methods A total of 200 patients with senile depression admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into observation group(100 cases,modified Xiaochaihu decoction+escitalopram)and control group(100 cases,escitalopram).The therapeutic effects of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,HAMD and PSQI scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 5-HT and NE levels and SF-12 v2 scores in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Xiaochaihu decoction combined with escitalopram in the treatment of senile depression can improve the depression and sleep quality,ameliorate the neurological function and quality of life of patients,and has less adverse drug reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
