自酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂在乳牙龋病填充修复治疗中的应用效果

目的研究自酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂在乳牙龋病填充修复治疗中的应用效果。方法以2018年1月至2019年1月收治的200例乳牙龋病患儿为研究对象,采取抽签分组方法将其分为观察组及对照组,各100例。观察组采用自酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂治疗,对照组采用全酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗1颗牙用时5、10 min的患儿占比明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿牙周炎发生率和并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后即刻、修复后1、3个月,观察组患儿的牙龈指数显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂应用于乳牙龋病填充修复中具有显著的疗效,值得在临床中推广及运用。

Application effect of self-etching adhesive combined with composite resin in filling and repairing treatment of deciduous teeth caries

Objective To study the application effect of self-etching adhesive combined with composite resin in filling and repairing treatment of deciduous teeth caries.Methods A total of 200 children with deciduous teeth caries admitted from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects.The children were divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots grouping method,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with self-etching adhesive combined with composite resin,while the control group was treated with total etching adhesive combined with composite resin.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The proportion of children who took 5 min and 10 min to treat one tooth in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of periodontitis and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After repair immediately,1 and 3 months after repair,the gingival index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-etching adhesive combined with composite resin has remarkable curative effect in filling and repairing of deciduous teeth caries,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
