Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of superb microvascular imaging(SMI)in evaluating the stenosis degree of vertebral artery in the initial segment.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 132 patients,264 vertebral arteries,who admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to March 2020.All patients were diagnosed with stenosis or occlusion in the the initial segment of vertebral artery by coloer Dopper ultrasound(CDFI).Then the patients were underwent SMI examination.The results of DSA in the same period were reviewed.DSA was used as the gold standard to analyze the feasibility of SMI and CDFI in evaluating the stenosis degree of vertebral artery.Results SMI is highly consistent with the gold standard in evaluating the stenosis degree of vertebral artery(Kappa=0.63,0.6
