| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人文关怀护理模式在乙肝手术患者中的应用效果。方法将于我院行手术治疗的122例女性乙肝患者按照护理方式分为观察组(人文关怀护理模式)和对照组(常规护理干预),各61例。比较两组的干预效果。结果护理后,两组的病耻感各维度评分及总分、SAS、SDS评分均显著降低,GQOLI-74评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予乙肝手术患者人文关怀护理模式,能有效降低患者的病耻感评分,提高其生活质量和护理满意度,改善心理状态。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care mode in surgical patients with hepatitis B.Methods A total of 122 female patients with hepatitis B who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were divided into observation group(humanistic care mode)and control group(routine nursing intervention)according to nursing methods,with 61 cases in each group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of each dimension and total score of stigma,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups significantly decreased,and GQOLI-74 scores increased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care mode for surgical patients with hepatitis B can effectively reduce the stigma score,enhance quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and improve psychological state. |
