银杏内酯注射液用于急性缺血性脑卒中溶栓治疗中对炎性因子及Lp-PLA2、NSE、Hcy水平的影响

目的探讨银杏内酯注射液用于急性缺血性脑卒中溶栓治疗中对炎性因子及周围血脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、神经元特异性稀醇化酶(NSE)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2020年3月收治的100例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加以银杏内酯注射液治疗,比较两组的治疗结果。结果治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,MAS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的IL-6、hs-CRP及TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的Lp-PLA2、NSE及Hcy水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中溶栓治疗中,联合应用银杏内酯注射液能够有效提高患者神经、运动功能改善效果,减轻炎性反应,也能降低Lp-PLA2、NSE及Hcy水平,值得推广。

Effects of ginkgolide injection on the levels of inflammatory factors and Lp-PLA2,NSE and Hcy in thrombolytic therapy of acute ischemic stroke

Objective To explore the effects of ginkgolide injection on the levels of inflammatory factors and peripheral blood lipoprotein phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and homocysteamine(Hcy)in thrombolytic therapy of acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis,and the observation group was treated with ginkgolide injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MAS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of Lp-PLA2,NSE and Hcy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the thrombolytic therapy of acute ischemic stroke,the combined application of ginkgolide injection can effectively improve the neurological and motor function,relieve the inflammatory response,and also reduce the levels of Lp-PLA2,NSE and Hcy of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
