Study on Nursing Care of Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Submucous Exudation of Digestive Endoscope in the Whole Course of Comfortable Nursing

Objective To explore the effect of full-course comfortable nursing on the psychological state and compliance of the patients with endoscopic submucosal dissection.Methods 60 patients with endoscopic submucosal dissection in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected,and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by means of random distribution,there were 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,and the observation group received whole-process comfortable nursing measures.To observe the psychological state and the nursing compliance of the two groups before and after the nursing.Results In the observation group,the SDS scores before and after nursing were(64.21±3.14)points,(50.13±3.03)points,(64.84±4.57)points,and(49.84±4.06)points.In the control group,the SDS scores before and after nursing were(63.88±3.07)points,(57.63±5.12)points,(65.48±4.33)points and(55.27±5.02)points,observation group was superior to control group.The treatment compliance of the observation group was 96.67%,the control group was 73.33%,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion The whole process of comfortable nursing has a positive effect on the psychological state and compliance of patients undergoing digestive endoscopic submucosal dissection,and the nursing effect is significant.
