基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预对膝关节手术患者应激反应及膝关节功能恢复的影响

目的观察基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预对膝关节手术患者应激反应及膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法将我院行膝关节手术的130例患者随机分为对照组(65例,常规护理干预)与观察组(65例,基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的术后12 h VAS评分和并发症总发生率均低于对照组,住院时间和伤口愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3 d,两组的IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP、MDA、SOD水平均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的膝关节活动功能恢复优良率及各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预应用于膝关节手术患者效果显著,能有效改善术后炎性应激指标水平,促进膝关节功能恢复,提高生活质量。

Effects of nursing intervention based on the concept of fast track surgery on stress response and knee joint function recovery of patients undergoing knee joint surgery

Objective To observe the effects of nursing intervention based on the concept of fast track surgery on stress response and knee joint function recovery of patients undergoing knee joint surgery.Methods A total of 130 patients who underwent knee joint surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(65 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(65 cases,nursing intervention based on the concept of fast track surgery).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative 12 h VAS score and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time and wound healing time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 d after operation,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,hs-CRP,MDA and SOD in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of knee joint function recovery and quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on the concept of fast track surgery applied in patients with knee joint surgery has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the levels of postoperative inflammatory stress indexes,promote knee joint function recovery,and improve the quality of life.
