Effect of pain nursing intervention on perioperative anxiety and postoperative pain attitude in patients undergoing total abdominal wall plastic surgery

Objective To explore the effect of preoperative pain nursing intervention on anxiety level,pain attitude and pain interference during perioperative period of total abdominal wall plastic surgery.Methods A randomized controlled study was conducted from January 2018 to March 2020.A total of 54 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=26)and experimental group(n=28).The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received preoperative pain nursing intervention in addition to routine nursing.Visual analogue scale(VAS-A)was used to evaluate the degree of anxiety,pain questionnaire and concise pain scale to evaluate pain attitude and pain intensity.Results compared with the control group,the perioperative anxiery level and pain attitude of the experimental group were significantly improved,and the score of pain disturbance(postural change,deep breathing/cough and emotional transient)in the experimental group was also significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion preoperative pain nursing intervention has a positive effect on patients with total abdominal wall plastic surgery,and the intervention measures taken in this study can be used as a reference for peers.
