Perioperative nursing of patients with free prepuce skin flap urethroplasty

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing measures for patients with free foreskin flap urethroplasty,and provide references for the development of high-quality clinical nursing services.Methods 117 patients with hypospadias who underwent free foreskin flap urethroplasty in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2019 were provided with basic care and preoperative preparation,psychological care,postoperative flap observation and care,urinary catheter,Perioperative nursing measures such as penile fixation and nursing,pain and diet guidance,and discharge education.Results 117 cases of free foreskin flap urethroplasty were successfully completed,2 cases had urethral fistula,and 3 cases had urethral stricture,which were alleviated after corresponding treatment and care.All incisions healed well,the foreskin was evenly distributed,and the urethra was located in the glans At the median,patients are satisfied with the treatment effect and quality of care.Conclusion Scientific and systematic perioperative care is an important guarantee to ensure the successful completion of free foreskin flap urethroplasty,which has a significant effect on accelerating the recovery of patients,reducing the incidence of postoperative complications,and promoting the mental and physical health of patients.
