风险护理在无创呼吸机面部压疮护理中的应用效果及对患者疼痛程度的影响

目的探讨风险护理在无创呼吸机面部压疮护理中的应用效果及对患者疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年8月在本院接受无创呼吸机辅助治疗的88例患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为常规组(44例,常规无创呼吸机面部压疮护理)和干预组(44例,常规无创呼吸机面部压疮护理+风险护理)。比较两组的护理操作情况、面部压疮发生情况、疼痛程度、压疮防护知识掌握情况及护理满意度。结果干预组的无创呼吸机操作流程规范率、报警处理正确率、减压方式正确率及敷料使用正确率均明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组面部压疮总发生率及VAS评分均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组家属或陪护的各项压疮防护知识掌握率均明显高于常规组(P<0.05);干预组患者的NSNS评分明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论风险护理在无创呼吸机面部压疮护理中的应用效果显著,可降低压疮发生率,减轻患者疼痛程度,提升患者的护理满意度。

Application effect of risk nursing in noninvasive ventilator facial pressure sore nursing and its influence on pain degree of patients

Objective To explore the application effect of risk nursing in noninvasive ventilator facial pressure sore nursing and its influence on pain degree of patients.Methods A total of 88 patients who received noninvasive ventilator assisted therapy in our hospital from February 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into conventional group(44 cases,conventional noninvasive ventilator facial pressure sore nursing)and intervention group(44 cases,conventional noninvasive ventilator facial pressure sore nursing+risk nursing)by random number table method.The nursing operation,the occurrence of facial pressure sore,the degree of pain,the mastering of protection knowledge of pressure sore and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The standard rate of noninvasive ventilator operation process,the correct rate of alarm processing,the correct rate of decompression method and the correct rate of dressing use in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of facial pressure sore and VAS score in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The mastery rate of various pressure sore protection knowledge of family members or caregivers of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);the NSNS score of patients of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk nursing in noninvasive ventilator facial pressure sore nursing has a significant application effect,which can reduce the incidence of pressure sore,and the degree of pain of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
